HEALTH & SAFETY STATEMENT We at Killybegs Stevedoring Ltd., are committed to striving for excellence in the areas of health and safety protection. Management of these areas is integrated into all aspects of our business and customer delivery. The principles of good health and safety management, with the overriding emphasis on the management of risk are applied to all work areas. This will ensure, as a minimum, compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989 and other relevant legislation, and also that risks to employees and visitors to our place of work are kept as low as reasonably practicable. All employees are expected in return to act responsibly to prevent injury to themselves and others and to co-operate with the Operations Manager in the application of the health and safety policy. This statement and the policy itself will be reviewed regularly to allow upgrades and also in the light of ongoing changes.
