Forklift Operators and Banksman Slingers are currently placed on a regular basis alongside general labouring personnel. Training is undertaken on an on-going basis to recognised industry standards with a strong emphasis on safety awareness and a requirement for current certification. A temporary workforce of approximately 50 is maintained in order to satisfy both the long term staffing requirements of customers as well as any short "ad-hoc" requirements that may arise.
